Mandarin & Tinkering Enrichment Program

This is a fun Chinese foreign language program with Maker activities.  There will be games, puzzles, songs, skits and prizes to help students develop their foreign language skills. Returning students also receive 15 minutes of personalized Mandarin lesson.

Students will create a mini amusement playground with Makey Makey, car races, roller coasters, etc. We will make and donate STEM kits for Lilliput in Napa, an organization who serves foster children.  Families who need financial assistance are encouraged to submit our Scholarship Request Form.  We will do our best to provide access enrichment opportunities to children in our community.

Last day of class includes a surprise performance and Maker’s mini show and tell.  We encourage children and parents to share their interests and create something they can share in a Maker friendly environment.

Vichy Elementary School

Time:  Wednesdays after school 115 pm to 245 pm
